A Glimpse Of Rwanda

These are some pictures I took during my stay with Project Rwanda this past summer. Enjoy!

East Meets West: Project Rwanda and Harvard Business School

It was only a matter of time before the success of the Rwandan cargo bike made its way to the ears of the Harvard elite. The Cambridge Ivy League has selected Project Rwanda as one of several organizations in Rwanda for its MBA Immersion Experience Program. The program will solicit 36 students and 4 advisors to channel their talents and efforts towards three non-profit organizations in Rwanda. 4 student volunteers will assist with Project Rwanda's bike distribution January 6-16th of this coming year.
Volunteers will be conducting in-depth surveys of farmers, families, and co-ops. They will analyze all data collected during their stay to give their opinion and insight on how Project Rwanda's efforts are making a difference for the citizens in Rwanda, as well as any advice for how Project Rwanda could alter their business model.
This collaborative marks a HUGE step towards the long-term success of Project Rwanda. The hands-on analysis and talent of the Harvard Business School will prove to be major in determining Project Rwanda's next move. Until the New Year we can only anticipate the exciting outcome of this "East meets West" collaboration.
